四连杆式热锯机送进机构参数的设计与研究

摘　　要：本文对四连杆热锯机送进机构进行了运动分析,给出了各参数的计算公式,并对采用“二点重合法”、“三点重合法”和优化法设计的四连杆式热锯机的送进机构运动参数进行了计算和比较。用优化法设计的热锯机具有明显的优点。Motion analysis of feed-in mechanism with 4-bar linkage for hot saw is conducted and the calculating formulas are given in this paper. Motion paramters of the system are calculated and compared by using the method of 'two -point coincide', 'three-point coincide' and optimization. And the results obtained indicated that the design of the hot saw with optimization method is the best.
