摘　　要：目的探讨和分析耳鼻咽喉科老年患者手术前的心理应激及心理需求。方法对80例耳鼻咽喉科老年患者手术前心理状况进行调查和评估，制定心理治疗计划。结果耳鼻咽喉科老年患者手术前恐惧感97．5％，焦虑感94％，悲观失望50％，害怕手术中疼痛22．5％，对医护人员过度要求25％。78例患者通过心理护理后能够积极配合，手术顺利完成。结论术前心理护理对耳鼻咽喉科老年患者手术有很重要的作用。Objective To study the mental health state of preoperative senile patients of ENT. Methods The preoperative mental health state of 80 senile patients were evaluated and psychological nursing was performed. Results Among these senile patients ,the occurence rate of preoprative fear, anxiety ,depression ,fear of operation pain and too much requiring for doctors was 97.55% ,94% ,50% ,22.5% and 25% respectively. 78 cases accepting psychological nursing were operated successfully. Conclusion Psychological nursing have active promotion for those senile patients who would accept ENT operation.
