摘　　要：目前我国图书馆界普通实行学科馆员制度,此举有夸大馆员职业能力之嫌,对提升图书馆职业形象意义不大。实施专业馆员制度是改善此弊端的最好方法之一。At present, the library sector in China is implementing subject librarian system, which has exaggerated the ability of suspected professional librarian, and enhanced the professional image library not very meaningful. The implementation of professional librarian is one of the best ways of improving the drawbacks of this system.
