摘　　要：3G目前已经在全球得到了广泛的应用,运营商融合IT、CT的业务优势,将最终价值传递给了用户,实现了企业和用户之间的效益递增。运营商通过强强联合,延伸和拓展了电信服务领域,打造出了贯通上下游的综合信息产业链,实现了信息产业链的共赢,给整个社会的信息化建设带来变革。因此,在运营商、企业网、互联网的一体化趋势下,IT与CT的融合给电信运营商提供了一个巨大的市场机遇。3G has got at present already broad application in the whole world , has been in motlon and done business discussing anastomosing IT, the CT business advantage, the beneficial result between having given a consumer, having realized enterprise and the consumer increases by degrees with ultimate value delivery. Be in motion and do business business passes association between strong enterprises , extend and make rubbings from to have stretched the telecommunication range of services, have made out the synthetical IT industry chain having linked up lower reaches , have realized IT industry chain＇s win together, being brought about transforming by informationize construction of entire society. Therefore, business, enterprise net, the Internet integration trend move downwards in being in motion and doing business , IT and the CT anastomosing come to have provided a gigantic marketplace opportunity for telecom operators.
