摘　　要：本文概述了辽宁省集体林权制度改革状况进展,分析了林业工作人员和林农两个不同主体对林权改革的认知差异及其原因,并相应地提出了对策与建议。This paper summarized the status of reform of collective foretry prpoerty right system in Liaoning province and analyzed. The cognitive difference and reasons of the reform of collective forest property right system between forestry workers and farmers. On the base we putted forward some advises and countermeasures accordingly.
