产蛋白酶枯草芽孢杆菌的复壮及生产初步研究

摘　　要：对1株产中性蛋白酶的枯草芽孢杆菌进行了复壮,复壮后比复壮前活力提高了26%;在液体深层发酵生产上主要对通气量进行了研究,确定最适通气条件为:前18h通气量240L/min·m3,18h～24h通气量300L/min·m3,发酵液活力可达9411U/mL;对发酵液进行喷雾干燥,所得酶粉中性蛋白酶活力可达139800U/g。In this paper, a strain of Bacillus subtilis that produces neuter protease was rejuvenated, and the protease vitality increased by 26%. Through the research on ventilation in submerged fermentation production, the optimal ventilative condition was as follows： capicaty of ventilating in first 18h was 240L/min·m^3; 18-24h was 300 L/min·m^3; the protease activity of fermented liquid reached to 9411U/ml; after spmydrying the fermented liquid, neuter protease activity increased to 139800U/g.
