摘　　要：民族地区非物质文化遗产十分丰富,是重要的旅游资源,发展旅游业和非物质文化遗产保护是当今社会的重要命题。以湘西苗族鼓舞为例,详细介绍了民族地区应结合自身非物质文化遗产的资源赋存状况,变资源优势为产业优势,把发展具有竞争力的非物质文化遗产旅游产业作为促进基础设施建设、文化环境建设和产业经济结构升级的重要途径和切入点,以实现民族地区优势资源的转换和产业结构战略转移,实现非物质文化遗产保护和旅游开发的"双赢"。Ethnic minority areas was very rich in intangible cultural heritage that was an important tourism resource,the development of tourism and non - material cultural heritage protection was an important topic in today＇s society. Taking drum dance of Miao - nationality as an example, this paper intraduced in detail that the ethnic minority areas should be non - material culttrral heritage in light of its own resources occurrence of the situation, change its advantages in resources for the industrial advantages, the development of the competitiveness of non - material cultural heritage tourism industry as the promotion of infrastructure construction, cultural and enviromnental construction and industrial upgrading of the importanee of the economic structure ways and entry points to achieve the advantages of resources in edmic minority areas and industrial strategies converted transfer, and non - material cultural heritage protection and tourism development of win - win situation.
