摘　　要：在研究光条式结构光三维测量方法的基础上,构建一种基于机器视觉的结构光三维扫描系统。该系统利用图像处理提取激光条纹信息,采用三角法测量方法获取深度信息,通过建立数学模型确定在量程范围内的各种参数进行误差与精度分析。实验结果表明该系统的有效性和精度要求。In this paper, machine vision- based structured light 3D measuring method is presented on the basis of study of bar structured light system. The system extracts laser stripe information by exploiting image processing techniques, uses the trigonometry method to acquire depth information,and implements error and precision analysis to all kinds of parameters ensured in metre scale by designing mathematic model. The experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and precision of the proposed system.
