摘  要:为满足某些EDA算法对版图多边形进行复杂逻辑运算的需求,以函数库GPC和PB中的基本函数为基础,编写C程序对多边形类型数据进行相交运算,将运算结果用图形表示,并利用图形结果分析两个函数库处理多边形相交运算的特性。被分析的多边形不仅包括基本集成电路版图图形,而且涉及了含内孔、自相交等奇异多边形。通过相交运算特性分析比较,指出两个算子函数库各自的适用情况和不适用情况,从而使EDA工具能够根据多边形相交运算类型选用合适的算子函数库。The purpose is to meet the demands of complicated logic operation between the layout polygons in some EDA arithmetic. The C programs are written based on the functions in the libraries GPC and PB to intersect the data which describe the polygons. The figures which show the intersection results are used to analyze the characteristics of the two libraries in dealing with the intersection of the polygons. The analyzed polygons include not only basic integrated circuit layout but also special polygons that contain holes, are self- intersecting and so on. By analyzing and comparing with the intersection characteristics, the applicable and inapplicable conditions of the two operator function libraries are pointed out. So the EDA tools can choose the appropriate operator function library according to the intersection style of the polygons,
