不同季节油松松针挥发性化学成分的GC/MS分析

摘　　要：本工作对不同季节油松松针挥发性化学成分进行分析,采用水蒸气蒸溜法提取不同季节油松松针挥发性化学成分,气相色谱法分离,质谱法鉴定其结构。结果表明,不同季节的油松松针挥发油在提取率和组成上有很大的差异,其主要成分α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬油精、醋酸冰片酯、石竹烯、莰烯为不同季节所共有,各组分相对含量在不同季节也有很大的差异。Chemical constituents in leaf of pinus tabulaeformis Carr. at different seasons were analyzed. The volatile components in leaf of pinus tabulaeformis Carr. were extracted by steam-distillation, separated by gas chromatography and identified by gas chromatographymassspectrometry（GC/MS）. The results show that the extraction rate and composition of the volatile oil are notably varied at different seasons. The major components of the volatile oil in leaf of pinus tabulaeformis Carr. are a-pinene,β-pinene, limonene, bornyl acetate, caryophyllene and camphene. The relative contents of each component at different seasons are different.
