舌下络脉显现类型及其实质的研究

摘　　要：为了探索舌下络脉的实质及其显现的类型与规律，弄清正常与异常的界限，本研究以裸眼、放大镜与照片相结合的方法观察正常人、非瘀证与瘀证２０７例的舌下络脉的显现类型与特征；又用舌血管铸型、局部解剖与组织学观察相结合的方法观察舌下络脉的实质。结果：内带显现型主要显现的为舌下神经伴行静脉及其属支；外带显现的为舌神经伴行静脉及其属支；双带显现的为上述两条静脉及其属支，有时它们间有交通支。舌脉囊泡样改变为静脉有瓣膜部位的脉管球形膨出；细络瘀血为微小静脉的扩张瘀血。对瘀证舌下络脉变化机制略作讨论。he aim of this study is to explore the types and essence of subingual veins. Two hundred and seven cases including normal subjects, patients with blood_stasis syndrome and non_blood_stasis syndrome were observed with naked eye,magnifier and photograph to analyze the types and characteristics of the sublingual vein and its essence by means of vascular formation, local anatomy and histological anatomy. These types of sublingual veins were observed:(1)Medial branching type: the vein and its branches ran accompanying the hypoglossal nerve. (2)Lateral branching type: the vein and its branches ran accompanying the lingual nerve.(3)Double branching type: two veins and their branches ran together, sometimes with communicating branches.Cystic changes of sublingual veins were the cystic dilatation of vessels at the venous valve,and collateral blood stasis was actually the venule stasis and dilatation. The mechanism of the variation of sublingual veins in blood_stasis syndrome was discussed briefly.
