论我国产学研结合中存在的问题及对策——以厦门集美为个案

摘　　要：选择高校及科研院所以及技术密集型企业较多的福建集美区作为研究对象,分析中国当前产学研结合中存在的问题及原因,提出应当解放思想,将高校、科研院所以及公司企业紧密联系起来,建立产学研专项经费,拓宽科研融资渠道,加强信息化建设促进产学研深度结合,同时引入激励机制,完善科技成果评价体系,从而建立产学研相结合的发展模式等解决对策。This essay chooses Jimei District, as the research object. It also analyzes the problems in the combination of enterprises, universities and research institutes and finds out the reasons Therefore, we should emancipate our minds, make a close contact among universities, research institutions and enterprises, establish special funds, broaden the financing channels for scientific researches, enhance the information construction, ficilitate their profound combination, conduct the incentive mechanism, improve the appraisal system of scientific achievements, so as to build the development modes of their combination.
