摘　　要：党的十七大关于高校思想政治教育工作提出一系列深刻的理论创新。其中"坚持育人为本,德育为先"的理念最为重要。党中央号召全国要贯彻落实以人为本的科学发展观,用"以人为本"精神统领高校思想政治工作的创新。Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed a series of profound theories about the work of ideological and political education in universities. The idea that focusing on educating students with top priority given to cultivate their moral integrity is the most important one among these theories. The Party Central Committee called on the nation to implement and carry out the scientific development concept of people orientation, and led the innovation of the ideological and political education in universities with the spirit of people orientation.
