摘　　要：目的:探讨微型染色体维持蛋白(minichromosome maintenance proteins,MCMs)家族中的MCM2蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化染色方法,检测10例正常乳腺上皮、15例乳腺良性肿瘤及60例乳腺癌组织中MCM2蛋白的表达,并以标记指数(labelling index,LI)量化其表达。结果:MCM2在乳腺癌中的表达主要在细胞核,间质细胞亦有少量阳性着色。MCM2的LI在乳腺癌患者不同年龄之间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但在不同TNM分期和不同病理组织学分级(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)及淋巴结转移之间均有显著性差异,且呈逐渐升高趋势。各组中MCM2标记指数均高于ki-67。MCM2和Ki-67在乳腺癌中的表达呈平行关系(P<0.001)。结论:MCM2是反映细胞增殖的良好指标,作用优于ki-67,其表达指数与乳腺癌的组织分型、细胞增殖及恶性程度有关。MCM2的表达可以提示乳腺癌的恶性程度高低和良性肿瘤的恶变可能性,有助于临床判断患者的预后以及选择治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the expression of MCM2 （ a member of MCMs family） in breast cancer and to assess the relationship between MCM2 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer. Methods： Immunhistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of MCM2 in 60 patients with breast cancer,and the resuits were quantified by calculating the labelling index （LI）. Results： There was no statistical significance between the LI of MCM2 and some clinicopathological characteristics such as the age. The expression of MCM2 showed a significant association with histological grade,tumor stage and Metastatic status （P 〈 0.05 ）. MCM2 （LI） was higher than Ki -67 LI in each group of breast cancer; The expression of MCM2 and Ki -67 correlated directly with each other（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： MCM2 may serve as a reliable and useful diagnostic marker for breast cancer and can predict the degree of differentiation in breast cancer ,which may help to predict the clinical prognosis of the patients.
