摘　　要：目的:研究妇科肿瘤患者总体止血潜能(overall haemostatic potential,OHP)的变化及其临床意义。方法:检测妇科恶性肿瘤患者(n=65)、良性肿瘤患者(n=60)总体止血潜能(OHP)、总体凝血潜能(OCP)和总体纤溶潜能(OFP),并以52名健康女性作为对照。同时,检测两组患者的血浆纤维蛋白原含量,探讨其与止血潜能的相关性。结果:恶性肿瘤OCP和OHP值明显增高(P<0.01),而OFP值减低(P<0.01)。良性肿瘤患者的OCP和OHP值明显增高(P<0.01),而OFP值无显著性变化(P>0.05)。良、恶性肿瘤两组纤维蛋白原的含量增加(P<0.05),且与OHP的相关性良好(r=0.813、0.795,P<0.01)。结论:妇科恶性肿瘤机体止血失衡,机体处于高凝状态,有血栓形成倾向。Objectlve：To study the changes of overall haemostatie potential （OHP） in patients with gynecologic tumor and its clinical significance. Methods ： To detect overall haemostatic potential （ OHP）, overall coagulation potential （OCP） and overall fibrinotytic potential （OFP） of gynecological cancer patients （n =65） and benign tumors patients （n = 60） ,52 healthy women as control. In addition, to test their plasma fibrinogen and explore its correlation to OHP. Results ：The OCP and OHP values in cancer patients greatly increased （P 〈 0.01 ）, but the OFP greatly decreased （P 〈0.01 ）. The OCP and OHP values in benign tumors patients greatly increased （P 〈0.01 ） ,OFP had no significant change （P 〉 0.05 ）. In addition,cancer, tumor patients＇fibrinogen was significantly increased （P 〈0.05） compared to the normal control, and had correlation to OHP （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： For gynecologic cancer patients haemostatic potential is imbalant, the body in a hypereoagulable state and with thrombosis tendency.
