摘　　要：放疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法之一,但往往不可避免地出现骨髓抑制等不良反应。细胞保护剂阿米福汀可以对骨髓、肝、肾等起保护作用而不影响抗肿瘤疗效。皮下注射或直肠内给药可能更适合某些病人。其细胞保护作用有一定剂量依赖性和局限性。尚不能影响肿瘤患者的生存率。Radiotherapy is one of vital treatments to malignant tumors, but always inevitably comes up with side effects. The cell protector amifostine can protect marrow, liver and kidney without reducing anti - tumor efficiency. Subcutaneous or intrarectal administration is more suitable to some patients. The protection effect has dose dependency and limitation, can not still improve the survival rate.
