摘　　要：目的分析1999～2008年《精神医学杂志》刊载的论文以及引文,对该刊的专业水平和刊物特色进行评估。方法运用文献计量学进行统计,分析该刊10年刊载的1507篇论文的9585篇参考文献,从引文量、引文文献类型、语种分布、作者情况等方面进行分析。结果在1507篇论文中平均篇引文量6.36条,引文中期刊最多(7766),占全部引文的81%;语种以中文最多,英文其次,分别占60.2%和38.4%。结论《精神医学杂志》在国内精神卫生领域有较大的影响力和吸引力,较1988～2002年引文分析,英文引文数量比例有增加,引文文献量在逐年增加。Objective To analyze papers and references of Shandong Archives of Psychiatry from 1999 to 2008, and to assess the professional level and characteristics of the journal. Methods Using the statistics method, 9585 references of 1507 papers were studied on citation amount, type of literature, language, authors and so on. Results The average citation amount was 6.36 pieces per paper. Among the references, 81% were from journals 60.2% and 38.4% were in Chinese and English. Conclusion Shandong Archives of Psychiatry has better influence and attraction in the field of national mental health. Compared with citation analysis in 1988-- 2002. The English reference amount and the total amount of citation increase.
