孔源性视网膜脱离患者血清和视网膜下积液中细胞外基质含量的检测

摘　　要：目的：探讨视网膜脱离患者血清中细胞外基质与增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变形成的关系。方法：收集观察组２８例孔源性视网膜脱离伴增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变患者的血清和其中１５例患者的视网膜下积液。２０例正常人血清为对照组。用放射免疫法测定层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的含量。结果：观察组患者血清中层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原的含量分别为１５６．７７±４５．７７ｍｇ／Ｌ和４８．５０±２４．６７ｍｇ／Ｌ，对照组则分别为１１５．９５±２１．２５ｍｇ／Ｌ和３３．６５±１４．３１ｍｇ／Ｌ，两组的差异具有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。随着发病时间的增加血清中Ⅳ型胶原的含量增加。结论：视网膜脱离患者血清中层粘连蛋白和Ⅳ型胶原含量的增加对增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的形成具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE: To verify the correlation between extracellular matrix of serum and proliferative vitreoretionapathy (PVR) in the patients with rhegematogenous detachment of retina. METHOLDS: Serum of twenty eight patients with rhegematogeous detachment of retina and pvr, and the subretinal fluid of fifteen patients among them were collected in the observed group. Serum of twenty healthy volunteers were collected in the control group. Laminin and collagen Ⅳ in the serum collected were determined with radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The content of laminin was 15677±4577mg/L, and collagen Ⅳwas 4850±2467mg/L in the observed group. The contents were respectively 11595±2125mg/L and 3365±1431mg/L in the control group. The difference between the observed group and the control group was statistic singificant(P<001). The longer the course of disease was, the higher the content of collagen Ⅳ in serum was. CONCLUSION: The content increased of laminin and collagen Ⅳin the serum of the patients with rhegematogenous detachment of retina had an importent significant for the formation of PVR.
