眼压调节器治疗难治性青光眼的随访观察

摘　　要：目的：观察青光眼眼压调节器植入治疗难治性青光眼的远期临床效果。方法：对接受眼压调节器植入治疗的１３例１５只眼进行了回顾性总结。结果：在术后平均１４．７个月的随访中，仍保留眼压调节器者８只眼，治疗前眼压平均为４．３２±０．７６ｋＰａ，治疗后随访期间眼压为３．０２±０．７６ｋＰａ（ｔ＝４．４６５，Ｐ＝０．００１），摘除眼压调节器者７只眼，治疗前眼压平均为４．４５±０．８８ｋＰａ，治疗后随访期间眼压为３．０９±０．８０ｋＰａ（ｔ＝２．８８２，Ｐ＝０．０１４）。结论：青光眼眼压调节器植入是治疗难治性青光眼的方法之一。OBJECTIVE: To investigate long term clinical effect of OptiMed Glaucoma Pressure Regulator (OGPR) implantation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma. METHODS: Data of thirteen patients (15 eyes) with refractory glaucoma were stutied retrosperctively according to clinic examination and follow-up, who were treated with OGPR. RESULTS: The mean period of postoperative follow-up was 147 months. The preoperative mean intraocular pressure (IOP) of 8 eyes kept OGPR was 432±076kPa, in the postoperative follow-up period mean of IOP is 302±076kPa. The preoperative mean IOP of 7 eyes whose OGPR were removed was 445±088kPa and in the postoperative follow-up period mean of IOP was 309±080kPa. CONCLUSIONS: OGPR implantation is one of the methods to treat refractory glaucoma.
