大剂量甲基强的松龙联合中药治疗急性视神经炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察大剂量甲基强的松龙联合中药治疗急性视神经炎的临床效果。方法：将４５例急性视神经炎患者随机分为观察组２３例（３０只眼）和对照组２２例（３１只眼）。两组患者均用大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗。在观察组中同时联合应用中药。结果：观察组视力增进眼数的构成比明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），并且治疗后皮质类固醇的全身副作用也明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：在急性视神经炎的治疗中联合应用中药可以消除或减少皮质类醇的副作用。OBJECTIVE: To study clinical effect on methylprednisolone combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute optic neuritis. METHODS: Forty five patients with optic neuritis were divided random the observed group 23 cases ( 30 eyes) and control group 22 cases( 31 eyes ). The high dose methylprednisolone therapy was performed in the patients of two groups. The patients took traditional Chinese medicine at the same time in the observed group. RESULTS: Constituent ratio of visual acuity improved was evidently higher in the observed group than the control (P<0.05), and system side effect of corticosteroid was lower in the observed group than the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The associated application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute optic neuritis could avoid or abate system side effect of corticosteroid.
