摘 要:采用放射免疫分析法测定了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)3、5、7月龄及局部脑缺血后下丘脑和血浆中ANF、AI含量的变化;用TTC染色经过图像分析系统测定了局部脑缺血后梗塞灶大小。结果发现3、5、7月龄SHR下丘脑ANF水平明显低于同龄对照组鼠(P<0.05和0.01),AI水平在5、7月龄时明显升高(均P<0.05)。在血浆中,AI在3个不同时期与对照组无差异,ANF却明显高于同龄Wistar鼠组(均P<0.01)。局部脑缺血后,SHR的梗塞灶较对照组略大,除对照组下丘脑AII无变化外,其余均显著增加。认为中枢较低水平的ANF和较高水平的AII参与了SHR高血压的形成和发展,局部脑缺血后两者的变化,可能是机体的应激代偿反应。The content of ANF, AII in hypothalamus and plasma of 3,5,7 months age SHR and focal cerebral ischemia for 24 hours were measured by radioimmunoas,and compared with the same age Wistar rats. The infarct volume was measured by TTC staining in combination with computer image process and analysis system. The results showed that ANF level in hypothalamus of 3,5,7 months age SHR were lower than that of same age Wistar rats(P<0.05,0.01),but AII level in hypothalamus of 5 and 7 months age SHR were higher than that of same age Wistar rats(P<0.05).In plasma, AII levels have no difference in SHR and Wistar rats, but ANF level of SHR was increased remarkably compared with the same age Wistar rats. After focal cerebral ischemia 24 hours, ANF and AII content in both rats were increased significantly except Wistar rats hypothalamus AII content. The infarct volume formed in SHR was slightly larger than that of Wistar rats. The results suggeted that low level ANF and high level AII in hypothalamus of SHR play an important role in the formation and development of hypertension.The change between ANF and AII level after focal cerebral ischemia may be an organism compensatory reaction.
