针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗Bell麻痹与Hunt综合征的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗Bell麻痹与Hunt综合征的临床疗效及疗程。方法:选取周围性面瘫患者328例,Bell麻痹(治疗1组)236例,Hunt综合征(治疗2组)92例。两组均采用相同的针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗,5次/周,1周为1疗程,4个疗程后进行评价。结果:治疗1组愈显率91.53%;治疗2组愈显率96.74%。组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),临床痊愈患者平均疗程分别为2.21、3.16个,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合按摩、TDP治疗Hunt综合征与Bell麻痹二者疗效确切,但Bell麻痹恢复的时间明显较Hunt综合征短。Objective： To study comparatively the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Tuina and TDP in the treatment of Bell＇ s Palsy and Hunton Syndromes, and to study the course of treatment. Methods： A total of 328 patients with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into two groups： Group One with Bell＇ s Palsy （n=236）, and Group Two with Hunton Syndromes （n=92）. Patients in both groups were treated with acupuncture combined with Tuina and TDP 5 times per week, one week in a course. The results were evaluated after 4 eourses. Results： The curative rate was 91.53% in Group One, and 96.74% in Group Two. The difference between the two groups had statistic value （P〈0.01） . The average recovery course in Group One and Group Two was 2.21 and 3.16 re- speetively, and the difference also has statistic value （P〈0.01） . Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Tuina and TDP has good therapeutic effect on Bell＇ s Palsy and Hunton Syndromes.The curative time for Bell＇s Palsy is shorter than Hunton Syndromes.
