摘 要:通过数值模拟和冷态实验,研究底饲进料循环喷动床(Underfeed Circulating Spouted Bed,UCSB)反应塔内的气相流场分布,并比较不同的操作条件对流场分布的影响。通过研究表明:相对于面饲进料,采用底饲进料能够显著改善反应塔内截面的流场分布,提高喷射速度能使塔内气体速度径向分布更加均匀。In order to investigate the effect of underfeed style on improving flow field distribution, numerical simulation and a series of experiments were conducted in underfeed circulating spouted bed . The influence of operation parameters on flow field distribution was also studied. The results indicate: Comparing with the face-feed style, the technology can distinctly improve the distribution of flow field in the riser.Applying higher spouting velocity, the symmetry of gas velocity distribution in the radial direction can be obviously improved.
