摘　　要：将有限单元法应用于喷浆机器人大臂机构的静力学分析和模态分析,对大臂机构中的关键构件进行了有限元分析,明确了它们的受力状态。然后,对大臂机构进行了形变分析,找出了其在危险状态下的最大位移,明确了其刚度状况,同时还提取了机器人大臂机构的模态图,得到对应的频率值。从而为大臂机构的优化设计提出了可靠的理论依据。The finite element method is applied to the static and modal analysis of the base arm of shotcrete robot and its key components, and the strained condition is figured out. Then, the deformation of the base arm is analyzed, the maximum displacement in dangerous situaton is found and its stiffness is confirmed. Meanwhile, the model of the arm and the corresponding frequency are acquired. So, it provides the reliable theory basis for the optimal design of the basis arm.
