摘 要:利用模型合金NH4Cl-70H2O研究了振动参数对激冷金属表面晶粒生核及剥离行为的影响规律。试验结果表明,在恒定振动频率下,振动加速度可以作为衡量晶粒剥离效应的指标。加速度越大,晶粒越易于剥离;需要特别指出的是,振动加速度恒定时,随振动频率提高,晶粒剥离效应呈现减弱的趋势。针对晶粒剥离的振动力学模型很好地解释了振动参数对晶粒剥离的影响规律,同时表明晶粒剥离的频率响应特性由晶粒粘滞阻力与共振效应的共同作用来确定。Mechanism of grain nucleation and detachment on chilling metal surface by vibration was examined using NH4Cl-70H2O analogue alloy. Experimental results reveal that acceleration can be used as the evaluation criteria of grain detachment under a fixed frequency. Effects of grain detachment were enhanced with increasing in acceleration. However, it should be noted that, at a constant vibration acceleration, grain detachment was restrained with the increase of vibration frequency. A vibration dynamic model was proposed to describe the effects of vibration parameters on the grain detachment behavior, which shows that the frequency response curve is determined by the co-action of viscous drag force with sympathetic vibration effects.
