摘  要:结合溶胶凝胶法与后期煅烧制备了纯锂锌铁氧体。扫描电镜和X射线衍射研究表明,所得材料的晶相均与预定结果有所差异,而体系平均粒径为微米级。但制得的铁氧体/石蜡复合试样的吸波性能研究表明:在后期热处理中,将锂锌铁氧体以240℃/h升至1200℃下煅烧后所得的复合材料可在低频段表现出良好的吸波性能。Pure lithium zinc ferrites were synthesized by means of a combination of sol-gel method and subsequent calcination. The morphology and microstructure of the ferrites were investigated by XRD and SEM. The results indicate the final crystalline phases are all different from the desired results,and the mean particle diameter of the ferrites has reached several microns. However,the research on microwave absorption of the as-prepared ferrite/paraffin wax composites illustrate that the composite can exhibit excellent microwave absorption with satisfactory reflection loss in low-frequency region by controlling the final temperature at 1200℃ with a heating rate of 240℃/h during the subsequent calcination for lithium zinc ferrite.
