摘　　要：目的对十字花科植物菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort.)干燥叶(大青叶)中化学成分进行提取分离和结构鉴定。方法大青叶乙醇提取物,用氯仿萃取后得到氯仿层和水层,各层再分别采用硅胶柱、大孔树脂柱、聚酰胺柱、制备液相、葡聚糖凝胶柱层析及重结晶等分离手段进行分离、纯化,并应用化学性质和质谱、波谱法(1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMBC)鉴定其化学结构。结果从大青叶中分离得到11个化合物。结论其中1个新化合物为异荭草苷-3″-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(isoorientin 3″-O-glu-copyranoside),其中6个化合物为首次从菘蓝中分离得到。Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents in leaves of Isat＆ indigotica Fort. （Folium Isatidis）. Methods The ethanol extract of Folium Isatidis crude drug was extracted with chloroform. The chloroform layer and the aqueous layer were separated by multiple column chromatography including macroporous resin, silica gel and polyamide column and preparative HPLC. The compounds obtained were identified by mass spectra and NMR data. Results Eleven compounds were identified from Folium Isatidis. Conclusions Among them, isoorieutin 3＂-O-glucopyranoside is a new compound, and isovitexin 6＂-O-glucopyranoside ,isoorientin, saponarin, loliolide, ethyl pyrophaeophorbidea, and methyl pyrophaeophorbidea are isolated from Isatis indigotica Fort. for the first time.
