摘　　要：患者男,57岁。左胸偏下方皮疹4～5年。皮肤科情况:左胸部偏下方见约壹分硬币大不规则形灰褐色斑疹,表面覆有褐色痂,无破溃。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,角化不全,棘层肥厚,基底层细胞完整,细胞形态大小不一,胞核大而深染,核仁明显,表皮上半部可见显著的透明细胞,类似Paget样细胞。诊断:Paget样原位鳞状细胞癌。A 57-year-old man had erythema on the left thorax for 4 - 5 years. Examination of the skin showed a irregularity macular eruption on the left thorax, which was small as a cent. There had brown crust on the macular, and no defeat. Hyperkeratesis, aceratosis, acanthosis, appearance and size of cells were discrepancy, basal cell layer was complete. Clear cell on the upper epiderm. Pathologic diagnosis： In situ pagetoid squamous cell carcinoma.
