高中生心理健康状况的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解高中生的心理健康状况,为学校心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用问卷法对普通高中的340名学生进行了调查。结果1高中生对学习方法、考试、人际交往的焦虑程度依次降低;2女生考试焦虑程度明显高于男生;3在学习方法、考试焦虑、人际交往3个因子上各年级之间无显著性差异。结论应加强高中生学习方法的培养,重视女生考试心理素质的训练。Objective To find out the mental health states of high school students and offer the theoretical foundation for psychologicai education in high school. Methods 340 students were tested with a questionnaire. Results The main findings were as follows ：①The anxiety level of high school students about study method, examination and interpersonal relationship decreased orderly; ②Examination anxiety level of female students was higher than that of male students; ③No grade difference was found in the three factors. Conclusion We should improve the study method of high school students and pay attention to the examination anxiety of female students.
