摘 要:宋代时,中原地区与广大南方地区的饮食文化交流相当频繁。其中,中原地区对南方饮食文化的吸收主要发生在北宋时期。宋代南方饮食文化向中原地区的输入,官方因素淡化,更多的是受商业利益的驱动,体现出宋代商品经济活跃的特点。而北宋时期中原饮食文化对南方的影响较小。两宋之际,中原人口的大量南迁,使宋代中原饮食文化对南方广大地区(特别是江浙地区)产生了重大影响。The dietary culture exchanges between the Central Plains Region and the southern region were quite frequent in Song Dynasty. It was mainly in Northern Song Dynasty that the Central Plains Region absorbed the ingredients of the dietary culture of the southern region. It had few official factors that the dietary culture of the southern region imported to the Central Plains Region. It was more driven by commercial interests, and demonstrated the characteristics of actively commercial economy in Song Dynasty. It was less that the dietary culture of the Central Plains Region affected on the southern region in Northern Song Dynasty. A large population of the Central Plains Region emigrated to the South between the late of Northern Song Dynasty and the early of Southern Song Dynasty. It made the dietary culture of the Central Plains Region have a significant impact on the southern large region (especially Jiangsu and Zhejiang region).
