摘　　要：硅橡胶材料中的憎水性小分子聚合物的挥发性使合成绝缘子具有优良的耐污闪性能，同时也说明硅橡胶合成绝缘子存在憎水性的老化问题。本文通过实验验证了这种憎水性老化过程十分缓慢，不会对合成绝缘子的安全运行构成威胁。The volatility of the low molecular weight polymer chains in silicone rubber material leads to the excellent contamination flashover resistance of silicone rubber composite insulators, it also indicates that the hydrophobicity aging of composite insulators really exists. In this paper, it is proved experimentally that this kind of aging is very slow, and can not threaten the service safety of overhead lines.
