11O例广东汉族人转化生长因子TGFβ1—509C／T基因多态性检测分析

摘　　要：目的了解广东转化生长因子TGFβ1—509C／T基因的分布特点。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术对110例正常人转化生长因子TGFβ1—509C/T基因进行扩增，以Ec081I进行限制性内切酶酶切图谱分析，并结合文献进行了不同地区问的分析比较。结果转化生长因子TGF131—509C／C、C／T、T／T表型频率分别为：0．15、0．44、0．45，转化生长因子TGFB1—509C、TGFB1—509C、T基因频率分别为：0．3545、0．6455。结论转化生长因子TGF81—509C/T基因多态性在不同地区间分布存在着明显的差异。Objective To identify the distribution feature of TGF β 1-509C/T gene in the Han people in Guangdong Province. Methad TGF β1-509c/r genes from health adult were amplified with PCR. Restriction endonuclease cleavage map were analyzed by Eco81.Results The Phenotype frequency of TGF β 1-509C/C, C/T, T/T were 0.15, 0.44 and 0.45, respectively. Gene frequency of TGF β 1-509C and TGF β 1-509T were 0.3545 and 0.6455. Canelugian TGF β 1-509C/T genes distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is distinctly different from those in other areas.
