摘　　要：介绍用交流伺服变频调速器SIMOVERT（SC），通用变频器M．Master和可编程序控制器S7－300组成的铜带坯水平连铸生产线控制系统。系统中应用智能模块FM354进行银带坯的闭环位移控制，配置的多台PLC之间采用多点通信接口（MPI）建立全局数据通讯，设置的PC／PG既作上位监控器，又作PLC的编程器。该系统具有结构简单合理，可靠性高，自诊断功能完善等特点。This paper presents a control system for prodution line of horizontal-continuous casting machine for strip copper base, which is composed of AC servo FC speed regulator SIMOVERT(SC) , universal frequency converter M. Master and PLC S7-300. The system adopts the intelligent module FM354 for the closed -loop position control of strip copper base. The overall data communication of the system is set up by using multipoint communication interface MPI between two of the disposed programmable logical controllers. The upper machine of the system acts both as the upper monitor and the compiler. The system has characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, high reliability and perfect selfdiagnosis function etc.
