摘 要:提出了基于人工神经网络的汽轮机转子等效应力的在线计算方法;介绍了汽轮机转子等效应力采用等直径实心圆柱模型的计算公式和有限元数值计算方法;给出了采用人工神经网络技术在线计算汽轮机转子等效应力的方法和步骤,并提供了600 MW汽轮机高、中压转子等效应力的计算实例.结果表明:将人工神经网络技术应用于汽轮机转子等效应力在线监测中,提高了汽轮机转子等效应力的计算速度和精度,并为汽轮机转子等效应力和寿命的在线管理提供了依据.An on-line calculation method based on artificial neural network, for the equivalent stresses in steam turbine rotors was recommended. Formulas calculating the equivalent stresses in rotors using iso- diametric solid cylinder as a model as well as the finite element numerical calculation method were described. Methods and steps for on-line calculating rotors equivalent stresses applying the artifical neural network technology were given with a practical example-calculation of high-pressure(HP) and intermediate pressure(IP) rotors equivalent stresses in a 600 MW steam turbine. Results show that by application the artificial neural network technology in on-line monitoring equivalent stresses of turbine rotors, the calculation speed and accuracy are increased and a basis for turbine rotor equivalent stresses on-line monitoring and life consumption management is provided.
