摘  要:为研究柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统共轨压力(轨压)波动,在系统的物理和数学模型的基础上,讨论并制定了吸油行程控制方式以及模糊-PID控制策略,设计了适应于吸油行程控制方式的泵控制阀结构;采用面向对象的可视化仿真软件,从物理模型出发建立了高压共轨燃油喷射系统仿真模型;并根据控制方式,用Matlab/Simulink软件建立起相应的模糊-PID控制模块;最后运用燃油系统仿真软件与Matlab/Simulink的接口,建立6缸柴油机轨压实时控制系统。输入仿真参数、运行模型,模拟了共轨管内的燃油压力。结果表明:所制定的吸油行程控制方式以及模糊-PID控制策略能使轨压在各种转速及设定压力下稳定在设定值3%的范围之内。In order to research the fuel pressure fluctuation in high pressure common rail fuel injection system for a ship diesel engine,a control manner of fuel filling process and a strategy of fuzzy-PID fuel pressure control were discussed and determined based on establishing a physical and mathematical model of high pressure common rail system,and a structure of pump control valve which adapt to the control manner of fuel filling process was designed.The simulation model was established through the object oriented simulation software.Based on the control manner,the corresponding fuzzy-PID control model was established by the Matlab/Simulink.A real-time control system for six cylinder diesel engine was developed by using the juncture between the fuel system simulation software and Matlab/Simulink software.By inputing the simulation parameter and running the model,the common rail fuel pressure was simulated.The results show that the common rail fuel pressure controlled by the control manner of fuel filling process and the strategy of fuzzy-PID fuel pressure control can be stabilized within 3% under the different speed and the given fuel pressure.
