摘　　要：通过钢铁企业内部逆向物流系统流程的梳理,对钢铁企业内部逆向物流的自营模式和第三方物流模式进行对比分析,并建立模式选择的绩效评价指标体系,为钢铁企业逆向物流模式选择提供依据。By carding the process of internal reverse logistics system of a enterprise, the paper analyzes the differences between the self-management model of the reverse logistics of iron ＆ steel enterprise and the 3PL model and establishes a performance evaluation index system for model selection.
