行为导向教学在《基础护理学》教学中的应用

摘　　要：为提高护生学习《基础护理学》的兴趣，培养其创新思维，形成关键能力，在教学过程中系统实施了行动导向教学法。多数学生认为该教学模式有利于培养其各种能力，提高其综合素质。In order to enhance nursing students＇ interest of learning Fundamentals of Nursing and their creative thinking abil ity,behavior-guidance teaching method was applied to the course of Fundamentals of Nursing teaching. Most students thought that the teaching mode was benefit for their ability cultivation and synthetic enhancement.
