摘　　要：成纤维细胞生长因子受体2（fibroblast growth factor receptor2，FGFR2）是人成纤维细胞生长因子受体（FGFRs）家族中的一员，FGFRs在细胞的增殖、分化、血管生成、骨骼发育中起着十分重要的作用。研究表明成纤维细胞生长因子受体2（FGFR2）与肿瘤的发生存在一定相关性。本文就其特点作如下总结。Fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 （FGFR2） is one of the family of fibroblast growth factor receptors. FGFRs play a significant role in the cell differentiation process, tumor angiogenesis, division and bone growth. The study indicates that there is an association between the fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 gene and tumor. The paper makes a summary of it.
