Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin,p16 and CyclinD1 in ovarian epithelial tumors and their clinical significances. Methods Using immunohistochemical method SABlE,the author examined Survivin,pl 6 and CyclinD1 in 18 cases benign, 20 borderline, 58 malignant tumors and 10 normal ovarian tissues. Results The expression of Survivin in ovarian epithelial tumors, benign tumor, borderline tumor, malignant tumor tissue was 16.7 %,40.0 %,62.1%, the expression of Survivin in normal ovarian has no connection. The expression of Survivin in normal ovarian, ovarian epithelial benign tumor, borderline tumor and malignant tumor tissue was 80.0% ,61.1% ,50.0% and 22.4%, respectively. The expression of CyclinD1 in ovarian epithelial tumors, benign tumor, borderline tumor, malignant tumor and normal ovarian tissue was 27.8% ,45.0% ,58.6% and 10.0%. Conclusions Measurement of the expression of Survivin, P16 and CyclinD1 in patients' tumors might help in predicting prognosis, directing clinical treatment and providing theories for genetic therapy.
