摘  要:[目的]优选黄芪的最佳乙醇提取工艺。[方法]采用正交试验法,以干膏收率、黄芪甲苷含量、总黄酮含量为指标,对影响黄芪中有效成分提取的因素进行考察。[结果]黄芪有效成分最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇浓度,温度70℃,料液比1∶12,提取3 h。在该工艺条件下,测得干膏得率为25%左右,黄芪甲苷含量超过3%,总黄酮含量在0.8%左右。[结论]优选出的黄芪乙醇提取工艺科学、经济,可有效节约资源,用于工业生产。[Objective] The aim was to optimize the extraction techniques for Radix astragali.[Method] With extract yield,astragaloside content and total flavone content as indices,the influencing factors on the extraction of active components from R.astragali were investigated.[Result] The best technological conditions for the extraction of active components from R.astragali were as follows: 70% ethanol,extraction temperature of 70 ℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶12 and extraction time of 3 h. Under these technology conditions, the extract yield was about 25%, the astragaloside content was more than 3% and total flavone content was about 0.8%. [ Conclusion] The optimal technology for the ethanol extraction of R. astragali was scientific and economical. And can save resources and instruct the industrial priactice effectively.
