摘  要:目的:了解化疗药物对患者口腔黏膜细胞的生长更新状态的影响。方法:选取21例因胃部肿瘤行胃大部切除术后接受化疗患者,其中10例为术后第1次化疗,11例为术后第6次化疗。用流式细胞术亚G1峰法和增殖抗原Ki67标记法分别检测口腔黏膜的凋亡率和增殖率,常规留取患者的血常规资料,通过统计学分析化疗患者的口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率与骨髓抑制之间的关系。结果:第6次化疗组的白细胞计数较第1次化疗组和健康对照组显著下降(P<0.01);第6次化疗组口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率和增殖率较第1次化疗组和健康对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:化疗可以影响口腔黏膜细胞的凋亡和增殖状态。Objective: To investigate the effect of chemotherapeutics on the apoptosis and reproduction rate of the oral membrana mucosa. Method:Twenty-one patients received chemotherapy were divided into two groups by different phases of chemotherapy. Sub-G1 peak assay and Ki67 expression were used to detect the oral mucosa epithelial apoptosis and reproduction rate. Result: The leucocyte count of patients received the sixth chemotherapy was markedly lower than the patients received the first chemotherapy and the controls (P〈0.01). The apoptosis and reproduction rate of patients received the sixth chemotherapy was significantly decreased compared with the patients received the first chemotherapy and the controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The ehemotherapeutics can affect the oral mueosa epithelial apoptosis and reproduction rate.
