摘　　要：目的探讨平阳霉素(PYM)地塞米松(DXM)与混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效及其优点。方法收集2002年11月至2008年3月,用PYM和DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤病例227例,观察平阳霉素治疗颌面部血管瘤的临床效果。结果经6～24个月的随访观察,总有效率为100%,尤其是对海绵状血管瘤治疗效果最为满意,且不良反应较少。结论PYM、DXM混合注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤,具有疗程短、疗效高、不良反应小等优点,是一种安全、可靠、简便、易行的方法。Objective Sum pingyangmycin （PYM） dexamethasone （DXM） mixed injection maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma and its efficacy advantages . Methods Collection from November 2002 to March 2008, with PYM and mixed DXM injection maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma 227 cases were observed treatment Pingyangmycin maxillofaeial hemangioma clinical results. Results 2a by 6 m to the follow-up, with a total effective rate was 100%, especially for the treatment of cavernous hemangioma of the most satisfied with the results and fewer side effects. Conclusion PYM, DXM mixed injection maxillofacial cavernous hemangioma, with a short course of treatment, efficacy, adverse reactions such as small advantages, is a safe, reliable, simple and easy.
