金纳多注射液与银杏达莫注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标和纤维蛋白原的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏叶提取物金纳多注射液与银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对血液流变学指标和纤维蛋白原的影响。方法:将75例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,金纳多组给予金纳多注射液20ml加入生理盐水500ml静脉点滴,1次/d,共14d;银杏达莫组给予银杏达莫注射液20ml加入生理盐水500ml静脉点滴,1次/d,共14d。于治疗结束后分别进行神经功能缺损评分,评价临床疗效,观察比较两组治疗前后血液流变学指标和纤维蛋白原的变化并与正常对照组比较。结果:急性脑梗死患者的血流变指标和纤维蛋白原高于正常对照组;金纳多组与银杏达莫组的临床疗效、影像学比较无明显差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的血液流变学指标和纤维蛋白原均显著下降,但两组间比较无明显差异。结论:金纳多注射液与银杏达莫注射液均是治疗急性脑梗死的有效药物,并能明显改善急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标,并使纤维蛋白原下降。Objective：To observe the effects of Ginaton injection and Ginkgo dipyridolum injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the influence on indexes of blood rheology and fibrinogen. Methods：75 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,Ginaton group was injected with 20ml Ginaton plus 500ml saline intravenously,once a day for 14 days; Ginkgo dipyridolum group was injected with Ginkgo dipyridolum injection 20ml inplus 500ml saline intravenously,once a day for 14 days. neurologic impairment,clinical efficiency were scored. The changes of indexes of blood rheology and fibrinogen were observed. Results ： The influence on indexes of blood rheology and fibrin0gen in acute cerebral infarctions was higher than the normal control group. There was no significant difference in total effective rate and radiological effect between two treatment groups. The indexes of blood rheology and fibrinogen in two treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group, there was no significane difference between the two groups. Conelusion：Ginaton injection and Ginkgo dipyridolum injection are effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and can improve the indexes of blood rheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
