真空成型技术研制改良FRⅢ型矫治器的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:用真空成型技术改良FRⅢ型矫治器,简化工艺,无毒无粉尘操作,制成生物性能良好的矫治器,提高Angle类(牙性,功能性,轻度骨性)矫治效果。方法:采用真空成型技术,研制改良FRⅢ矫治器,应用临床,并用steiner分析方法和统计学原理分析数据。结果:改良FRⅢ型矫治器,制作时间仅半小时,轻巧,美观,舒适,患者易合作。16例患者疗效100%。结论:用真空成型技术制作改良FRⅢ型矫治器,简单易行,外形美观,配戴舒适,患者易合作,临床效果显著,缩短疗程,可推广应用。Objective： To use the vacuum molding technology to improve the FR Ⅲ appliance. To simplify the manufacturing process and non-toxic dust hazards, while the appliance made good biological performance and raise Angle Ⅲ （tooth,functionality,light bone）treatment effect. Methods： vacuum molding technology to develop improved appliance FR Ⅲ clinical application, the results of analytical methods used to measure Steiner, in principle the use of statistical analysis of data. Results： Improved FR Ⅲ appliance, production time is only half an hour and lightweight, attractive, comfortable, easy to co operation patients. 20 cases of patients with treatment is 100 percent successful. Conclusion： The use of vacuum molding technology to improve the production of FR Ⅲ appliance is simple, pleasing in appearance, wearing comfortable, easy to co -operation patients, clinical results are obvious to shorten the course of treatment can be applied.
