摘　　要：探讨明代著名医家张介宾运用易理研究中医学的方法及特点,认为其研究方法及特点主要有运用河图洛书八卦研究医学问题,运用太极图说研究自然万物生化和古代天文历法解释中医运气学疑难等问题。This thesis analyzed that Zhang Jiebin, a traditional Chinese medical expert in Ming Dynasty, researches methods and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine by Yi li. Its research techniques and the characteristics mainly had using Hetu Luo shu and Eight Diagrams to study medicine issues, using the theory of Tai Chi figures to research natural evolvement, using the ancient astronomy and calendar to explain the difficult problems in the theory of YunQi. The thesis have the great value to study Zhang Jiebin＇s medical thoughts, and have the guide for researching the same source between the traditional Chinese medicine and Yi Li.
