摘　　要：目的:探讨海洛因依赖合并心脏瓣膜疾病时其对瓣膜置换手术的不利影响及其预防。方法:对2004年9月-2008年6月收治的9例合并海洛因依赖的心脏瓣膜病患者围手术期间出现的精神障碍与躯体损害及相应治疗作回顾性分析。结果:所有患者均安全接受麻醉及手术未出现严重围手术期并发症,但均出现不同程度的戒断综合征需用药物治疗,与海洛因依赖相关手术并发症4例。结论:海洛因依赖对瓣膜置换手术存在不利影响,在围手术期需采取相应干预措施。Objective： To study the measure of perioperative management for heroin dependent with heart valve diseases. Methods： The data of 9 heroin dependent with heart valve diseases admitted from Sept.2004 to Jun.2008 were reviewed, the outcomes of the treatment were analyzed. Results： All of the patients had accepted anaesthesia and surgery safely without serious complications, while they had undergone herion-withdrawal syndrome within the perioperative period and needed medical treatment. Four of them had sufered from heroin dependent involved complications. Conclusion： Heroin dependent has side-efects on heart valve replacement surgery, which need special surveillance and prudential treatment during the perioprative procedure.
