农村体育组织方式选择与农村体育组织建设——基于自组织理论视角

摘　　要："农村体育组织建设"是"农民体育健身工程"中一项重要内容。根据自组织理论,我国农村体育发展的历史状况与农村体育组织方式演化的关系显示,自组织演进是当今农村体育组织方式的历史性必然抉择。政府和体育职能部门在农村体育组织体系中"支持体系主角、组织体系配角"的合理角色定位以及在体育发展不平衡的农村地区实行"分层推进"的体育组织建设方式是实现农村体育自组织演进及农村体育组织建设可持续发展的重要保障。＂Rural sports organization construction＂ is an important element in the ＂Rural Sports Project＂. The relation of between China＇ s rural sports development and rural sports organizing evolution shows that the evolution of self-organizing is essential based on the history of present rural sports organization. For the evolution of self-organizing and sustainable development of rural sports organizations, the position of government and sport administrations as leading role in support and minor role in organizing and gradual construction of sport organization construction in rural areas of different sport development level are important.
