摘　　要：从地下水水化学特征、地下水污染现状、人类不合理开发利用地下水资源诱发的环境地质问题几方面阐述了寒区地下水环境,并从地下水天然防护条件及地下水资源保护上提出了天然防护的脆弱区、较脆弱区、非脆弱区,进而提出了含水系统上边界隔污能力和流动系统所确定的功能保护区及合理开发保护地下水资源的整体思路。This paper has expatiate the environment of cold area groundwater from some aspect such as hydrochemical character of the groundwater, the pollution situation of groundwater and the geologic problems of the environment that have been caused by human being who exploited and utilized the water resource irrationality. And we put forward the weak area, the less weak area and the non-weak area from the natural defending condition and protecting groundwater. And we bring forward the idea that the top of water system can prevent the pollution and the area of flowing groundwater system can protect themselves and how we can exploit and protect groundwater rationally.
