摘　　要：随着社会的发展,大学生面临的社会环境和成长过程中遇到的问题更加复杂多样,有相当一部分学生心理上存在不良反应和适应障碍,由此大学生心理健康教育日益受到各界广泛的关注。通过对当代大学生心理素质存在的问题以及影响因素的分析,提出了培养大学生心理素质的具体途径。With the development of the society, college students face various questions of the social environment, and in the development process they meets questions complex and diversely than before. Quite a lot of students have psycholog;.＇cal untoward effect and the adaptation barrier, which catches growing and widespread concern. In this paper, through the analysis of the contemporary college student＇ s psychological quality of the existing problems and the impact factor, specific ways are put forward to cultivate the psychological quality of a college students.
