摘 要:采用自行研制的高浓黏稠物料吸入特性测试装置,研究了不同质量分数的造纸污泥、吸料速度、料缸长径比对吸入容积效率的影响及影响规律。实验中造纸污泥质量分数分别为42.2%、41.5%、39.4%、36.8%、32.4%、30.4%,吸料速度分别为0.23、0.18、0.13、0.10、0.08 m/s,料缸长径比分别为1.875、2.500、3.125、3.750、4.375、5.000、5.625。结果表明,随着造纸污泥质量分数的增加,吸入容积效率逐渐减小;在吸料速度不大于0.23 m/s的条件下,随着吸料速度的增加,吸入容积效率随之增加;随着料缸长径比的变化,吸入容积效率几乎保持不变。The suction volumetric efficiency of the piston pump used for paper mill sludge handling was studied by changing the parameters, such as sludge concentration, slenderness ratio of suction cylinder, running speed of hydraulic cylinder, etc. In the experiment, the concen- trations of paper mill sludge were prepared as 42. 2%, 41.5%, 39.4%, 36. 8%, 32. 4% and 30. 4% ; the running speeds were 0. 23 m/s, 0. 18 m/s, 0. 13 m/s, 0. 10 m/s, and 0. 08 m/s; and the slenderness ratios of suction cylinder were 1. 875, 2. 500, 3. 125, 3. 750, 4. 375, 5. 000and 5. 625. The results showed that the suction volumetric efficiency decreases gradually with the increase of sludge concentration. When the running speed of hydraulic cylinder is less than or equals to 0.23 m/s, the suction volumetric efficiency increases with the increase of running speed. With the change of the slenderness ratio of suction cylinder, the suction volumetric efficiency is unchanged
